Established in 1987, Quinn Properties began as a real

estate investment company, purchasing waterfront

properties, then creating custom designs and building

homes that fit the land. In 1994, we began specializing

in designing and delivering custom log and timber frame

packages throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Now, in our third decade of business, we have added

panelized home packages to our lineup and look forward

to working closely with our future clients in creating a

home designed specifically for their land, family and lifestyle.

About the owner:

Business: Mr. Quinn started in the custom homes business in 1987, later becoming a dealer/builder and eventually, Chief Operating Officer with The Original Lincoln Logs. In 1999, he created Quinn Properties, a custom design package provider, delivering Log, Timber Frame and Panelized homes, and Solarium packages nationwide.

Personal: Mr. Quinn lives in Williamsburg Virginia, he is a U.S Air Force veteran, a licensed pilot, class A Virginia Contractor and Realtor. In his spare time he enjoys rehabbing old houses and cars and is a foster parent for Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue.
